The Office of the Public Administrator, County of Nassau, New York, is seeking independent CPA firms to provide auditing services for calendar year 2026. The audit scope includes cash management, property management, and case management for estates and guardianships administered through the authority of the Nassau County Surrogate's Court. The office administers 183 estates and guardianships, with deposits totaling $109,182,226.72 across 261 checking and savings accounts. The audits will verify documentation and the authenticity of transactions affecting those accounts. Contracts issued under this request may not exceed the authorized budget of $515,000.
