Description
Petersburg City Public Schools is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive professional accounting services. The scope includes financial close support, audit preparation and liaison, grant accounting, reconciliations, and internal-control enhancement to support timely, compliant, and accurate financial reporting. The opportunity is a requirements contract for ongoing accounting, grant compliance, budgeting, reporting, financial-system support, policy and procedure documentation, staff training, and related internal-control improvements. The initial term is one year with four additional one-year renewal options. Offerors must demonstrate relevant K-12 public-sector, governmental accounting, grant, and audit experience.
