Description
The Housing Authority of the City of New Brunswick is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or individuals that are certified public accountants to provide general fee accounting services for its public housing development, redevelopment, and agency operations for a one-year period. The scope includes reviewing monthly transactions, preparing and submitting budgets, performing account reconciliations, submitting required public housing and Section 8 financial reports, and conducting redevelopment financial reviews. Solicitation documents, including the scope of services, contract terms, submission requirements, and evaluation criteria, must be obtained from the Housing Authority clerk by email or in person.
