Naval Base Point Loma intends to negotiate a firm-fixed-price, sole-source contract with PAMAS PARTIKELMESS-UND ANALYSESYSTEME GMBH to calibrate a PAMAS SBSS automatic-count instrument used to measure particles suspended in hydraulic fluid. The anticipated period of performance is November 30 through December 7, 2026. This is a notice of intent, not a request for quotations or proposals. Vendors capable of meeting the requirement may submit a written capability statement for consideration; verbal responses will not be considered. The agency will use responses to help determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
