Description
The County seeks qualified firms to provide as-needed construction management services as the owner’s representative for new construction and renovation projects. Work may include project planning, budgeting and estimating, procurement support, preconstruction and construction oversight, contract and change management, schedule and budget monitoring, safety and risk management, inspections, progress reporting, and project closeout. Services will be authorized through individual task orders, with project-specific deliverables and negotiated pricing. The County anticipates awarding contracts with a one-year base period and four one-year options. This is a qualifications-based selection; pricing is not required with the initial response. The SOQ should address organizational and project-team experience, qualifications and capacity, relevant projects from the past seven years, quality and performance-management practices, compliance history, and acceptance of the draft agreement. Required forms include the Offeror’s Cover Page (PC600), Representations and Certifications (PC601), and a YES/NO response on acceptance of the Small-Local Business subcontractor participation requirements. The Small-Local Business Self-Certification (PC610) is encouraged, and the Nondisclosure Indemnification Agreement (PC620) is required only when submitting confidential or proprietary information.
