Description
The County of San Diego is seeking a single Senior Project Manager resource—not a broader program management services engagement—for its Assessor Enterprise Modernization Program. The proposed individual must satisfy mandatory pass/fail requirements, including at least five years of experience working within a local government environment and at least five years leading large-scale, complex enterprise technology implementation or modernization projects with budgets of at least $10 million. The $10 million threshold may be met by one project or by a single integrated modernization program with related workstreams, unified governance, and an integrated master schedule. Offerors may submit multiple candidates, but each candidate must be submitted as a separate quote. Qualifications such as property assessment/CAMA experience and PMP or PgMP certifications are preferred evaluation factors rather than mandatory minimums.
