Description
The County of San Diego seeks a quote for one new, unused 2026-or-newer Polaris Ranger XP 1000 with a gas/automatic powertrain, specified colors, and compliance with federal and California emissions requirements. The vehicle must include a poly sports roof, rear-view mirror, 4,500-pound synthetic-rope winch kit with full-size front bumper, full-coverage rear bumper, and front-to-rear skid plate. All outfitting must be installed before delivery, and the vehicle must arrive functional, ready for use, and without an added third-party GPS device. The quote must include shipping and additional fees, exclude sales tax, and provide the proposed lead time, stock availability, and delivery commitment. Delivery is required within 90 days after receipt of the purchase order or executed contract. The vendor must provide the vehicle title and required origin documentation, coordinate delivery in advance, and provide status updates after receiving the order.
