Description
Rincon del Diablo Municipal Water District seeks one or more consulting firms to provide on-call inspection, engineering, construction management, and project administration services. Assignments will be authorized through task orders, with no guaranteed workload. Work may support water, wastewater, recycled-water, pumping, treatment, and related infrastructure projects, including engineering investigations and design support, construction inspection and administration, permitting and agency coordination, project controls, and closeout. Respondents must submit a signed proposal with a cover letter, approach, qualifications and staffing, relevant experience, references, District experience, cost proposal/rate schedule, required forms, and any exceptions. The initial agreement term is anticipated to run from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2029, with up to two one-year extensions.
