Description
GPA Environmental Group Inc. is soliciting proposals from subcontractors, suppliers, and certified NYS M/WBE and SDVOB firms for the renovation of the Building 41 kitchen at Creedmoor Psychiatric Center. The project involves replacing existing quarry tile flooring with resinous matrix terrazzo flooring, replacing refrigerator piping, and includes plumbing modifications, door replacement, temporary utility connections, relocation of kitchen equipment, and associated architectural and mechanical work. Trades being solicited include Concrete, Masonry, Metals, Wood, Plastics, and Composites, Thermal and Moisture Protection, Openings, Finishes, Plumbing, and HVAC. The contract duration for substantial completion is 428 consecutive calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. State Prevailing Wage Rates apply.
