The U.S. Department of Justice, Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA), on behalf of the United States Attorney's Office - Eastern District of New York (USAO-EDNY), intends to award a Purchase Order to Digital Vertex Federal, LLC on a sole-source basis for the renewal of one SITE Enterprise/Sourcefeed subscription. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as only one source is reasonably available. The service provides real-time monitoring of extremist on-line forums, including the dark web, to identify threats and develop cases. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 519290, Web Search Portals and All Other Information Services, with a size standard of $30,000,000. The period of performance is July 20, 2026, through July 19, 2027, with four additional one-year options. The Contracting Officer has determined that the anticipated price is fair and reasonable based on market research and historical prices paid.
