Description
The City University of New York (CUNY) Office of Admissions / Welcome Center is seeking a one-year subscription for Freshworks Freshdesk-Forest Annual Subscription. This solicitation is subject to the Procurement Lobbying Act (PLA), requiring specific forms and channeling all communications through the designated contact. The University is seeking the most favorable pricing offered to any customer. The contract terms will be governed by the PRDS, CUNY's standard Purchase Order Terms and Conditions for Software, IT policies, and New York State Standard Clauses.
