Description
The New York City Department of Investigation intends to enter into a sole source contract with Crow Canyon System, Inc. for the purchase and implementation of Crow Canyon Platinum. This includes various Crow Canyon applications such as SharePoint O365-IT Help Desk & Asset Management, SharePoint O365-Work Orders & Equipment Tracking, SharePoint O365-Purchasing & Contract Management, and SharePoint O365-Request Manager, along with NITRO Studio, NITRO Engage Bot, and End User Portal. The contract will cover Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365 versions of these programs in Commercial, GCC, and GCC High Environments, as well as Crow Canyon Implementation Packages (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) and any renewals. Any vendor, other than Crow Canyon Systems, Inc., that believes they can provide all the specified services is invited to express their interest by submitting a response to RFI No. 03226Y0080 no later than June 29, 2026, by 2:00 PM via PASSPORT. Interested vendors must complete the Acknowledgement tab and submit a response in the Manage Responses Questionnaire tab. If proposing to provide all services, a letter on company letterhead confirming capability and written authorization from Crow Canyon Systems, Inc. verifying authorized provider status must be submitted.
