Description
The Comptroller of the City of New York, acting on behalf of the New York City Retirement Systems (TRS, NYCERS, Police, Fire, and potentially BERS), is conducting a search for Equity Index Investment Management products and services. This includes capitalization-weighted indexes, smart beta/alternatively weighted indexes, and other indexed portfolios, including those based on ESG factors and carbon limits. Participation by City-certified minority-owned and women-owned businesses, or partnerships with such firms, is encouraged. Small and New York City-based businesses are also encouraged to participate. A Notice of Search document, detailing the scope of work, minimum requirements, and participation instructions, is available for download from the Comptroller's website (www.comptroller.nyc.gov) under "RFPs & Solicitations." Firms must register to download this document. To participate, firms must provide information to the Systems' Consultants' databases no later than July 15, 2026, by 11:59 PM EST.
