Description
This notice is to inform interested parties of the Department of Veterans Affairs' intent to award a sole source contract to Draeger, Inc. The contract is for the purchase of proprietary Apollo Anesthesia systems for the Operating Room. Market research indicates that Draeger, Inc. is the only vendor capable of providing these items under their FSS schedule #36F79726D0078. The required items include the Draeger Apollo Anesthesia system, Atlan Main Configuration, Gas Supply, Endotracheal suction (hardware components), accessories for vapor and other items, and power sockets. This notice is for market research purposes only and is not a request for proposals or quotations. Interested parties who can provide comparable services or products should submit their capabilities, including pricing and technical data, via email to Aleta.Jennette@va.gov by 10:00 AM EDT on June 23, 2026.
