Description
The New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) is seeking proposals from U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) accredited training providers for the development and implementation of renovation, repair, and painting training courses. A non-mandatory Proposers' Conference will be held online via Microsoft Teams on June 9, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. EST. Interested firms are invited to obtain a copy of the RFP on NYCHA's website and must register for iSupplier, which may take 24-72 hours for approval. Proposals must be electronically uploaded into iSupplier in both Excel (Cost Proposal) and a single PDF (all other components) format by 2:00 P.M. EST on July 7, 2026. Hardcopy proposals will not be accepted. The anticipated award date is October 2026.
