Description
The Treasury Common Services Center (TCSC), on behalf of the Office of Financial Research (OFR) and the Financial Stability Oversight Council (FSOC), intends to contract with Trepp LLC on a sole source basis for the Trepp Insights Database. Trepp LLC is the sole provider of these proprietary and patented datasets, software, and algorithms required for this acquisition. The OFR requires Trepp Insights, the industry standard trading platform for the CMBS secondary market, which provides access to a large CMBS database. The Trepp Insights BI web-based service allows users to analyze bonds, generate cash flows, run credit-based analytic tools, and conduct various scenario analyses. This comprehensive suite of business tools, data visualizations, and dashboard features is crucial for the OFR and FSOC's mission to deliver an annual assessment of the U.S. financial system, as mandated by the Dodd-Frank Act.
