Description
The New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) is soliciting bids for the procurement of gutter and disposable pick-up brooms. The contract is a requirement contract with an anticipated performance period from September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2031. Bidders must be manufacturers or authorized distributors with at least five years of experience in the sale or manufacture of relevant equipment. Delivery charges are to be included in the bid price, and items will be delivered freight on board (FOB) destination. All awarded items must comply with New York City's Mayor's Executive Order No. 113, prohibiting the purchase of products made of polystyrene foam. Packaging should aim to eliminate and reduce waste. The award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder meeting or exceeding the requirements.
