Description
Dakota County is seeking professional services to facilitate monthly Fix-It Clinics from December 2026 through December 2028. The contractor will coordinate with County and host-site staff, recruit and manage volunteers, plan clinic flow, transport County-provided supplies, provide volunteer snacks and beverages, conduct in-person event setup and teardown, manage signs and materials, and help promote participation. The contractor must provide data-collection equipment, document clinic results, submit reports within two weeks after each event, support participant surveys and educational follow-up, maintain volunteer shirts and County tablecloths, coordinate with City Waste Abatement staff as needed, and recommend operational improvements. Proposals must include the firm's qualifications, team organization, at least two similar projects from the past five years with client references, a work plan, detailed budget, conflict-of-interest information, exceptions, and agreement to the contract terms. The anticipated contract term is December 4, 2026, through December 31, 2028.
