Description
Dakota County is seeking as-needed water line, sewer, and septic services for its facilities and properties during a two-year contract period from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2028. Contractors must provide all required labor, materials, and equipment and submit regular, overtime, holiday/Sunday, trip-charge, and materials-markup pricing. Work may occur in secured facilities, including the County Jail and Juvenile facility, and may require written quotes and approval before work begins. Responders must be registered and in good standing with the Minnesota Secretary of State and authorized to do business in Minnesota. The solicitation requires a completed quotation sheet and Non-Collusion and Conflict of Interest Statement. Labor-related services require specified insurance coverage, including commercial general liability, professional liability, automobile liability, workers’ compensation, and network security and privacy liability; a certificate of insurance is required before work begins. Contractors working in controlled or criminal-justice-information areas may also be subject to background checks, badges, fingerprinting, and Minnesota BCA Vendor Screening Program requirements.
