Description
Dakota County is seeking an as-needed contractor to provide emergency fire, water, and storm cleanup services for county facilities from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2028. The contractor must furnish all required labor, materials, and equipment, provide hourly service rates and material markups, and be available for work that may occur after hours, on weekends, or on holidays. Work may include secured environments such as the County Jail and Juvenile facility. Responders must be registered and in good standing with the Minnesota Secretary of State. Contractors working in county facilities may be subject to background checks, identification-badge requirements, and Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension screening when working in areas containing Criminal Justice Information. Required insurance includes commercial general liability, automobile liability, professional liability, network security and privacy liability, and workers’ compensation coverage. The response must include the completed quotation sheets and Non-Collusion and Conflict of Interest Statement; the quotation must be submitted in Adobe PDF format.
