Description
Dakota County is seeking a contractor to provide all labor, materials, permits, and equipment for on-site cleaning, repainting, and appropriately sized vinyl re-lettering of eight kiosks at Lebanon Hills Regional Park. Work includes painting kiosk panels and legs on both sides with a high-quality, long-lasting outdoor aluminum paint, using Matthews Paint MP8137 Nutella or an approved substitute; the quote must identify the proposed paint. Work that creates unusual noise, odors, or dust must be performed after hours, on weekends, or during business hours with prior site-supervisor approval. The contract is for as-needed services and is expected to run approximately October 28, 2026, through May 28, 2027. Responders must submit the completed four-page Quotation Sheet, including pricing for the listed kiosk locations, addenda acknowledgment, contractor information, and the required Non-Collusion and Conflict of Interest Statement. Quotes must be submitted in Adobe PDF format by the stated deadline.
