Description
Hennepin County is seeking a turnkey software package supporting resident (inmate) commissary operations and related financial functions. The solution must include interfaced or integrated financial software and associated commissary services. The solicitation is a sealed, multiple-bid request for proposal. Pricing is to be included in the proposal rather than entered on the event line. Questions are due October 6, 2026, and proposals are due October 28, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Central Time.
