Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole-source contract to Hologic, Inc. for a Panther System software license and Panther system maintenance. The Panther system is described as proprietary and licensable only by Hologic, Inc.; the notice is issued under the authority for only one responsible source. This is a notice of intent, not a request for quotations. Interested responsible sources may submit a capability statement and supporting documentation demonstrating clear and unambiguous capability to provide the required services.
