Description
This Request for Information seeks qualified providers for Residential Reentry Center services, including in-house beds, and Home Confinement services for male and female federal offenders. The anticipated requirement covers specified South Dakota counties and home confinement placements within a 150-mile radius of the facility, including across state lines. The anticipated future procurement may use an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity structure with tiered pricing and is estimated to include up to 54 in-house beds and 25 home confinement placements. Respondents are asked to describe their experience and capability, identify relevant state or local restrictions, discuss zoning, transportation, employment, community concerns, environmental issues, and provide organizational, socioeconomic, tax-identification, Unique Entity Identifier, and contact information. Responses must address the questionnaire and must not be proposals or marketing materials.
