Description
The City of Rock Rapids seeks qualified contractors to demolish and restore up to 14 residential properties acquired through the FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Program following the 2024 flooding. Work includes complete structure and foundation removal, debris shredding and disposal, off-site fill, grading, utility disconnections, and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The solicitation is an RFP with proposals due October 23, 2026, at 1:00 PM. Minority- and women-owned businesses are encouraged to apply.
