Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District, is soliciting a single-award, 10-year, stand-alone firm-fixed-price contract for comprehensive, performance-based environmental remediation at 58 Installation Restoration Program sites and 5 Military Munitions Response Program sites at Eglin Air Force Base, Hurlburt Field, and Tyndall Air Force Base in Florida. The objective is to achieve site-specific performance objectives. The scope includes investigation, design, construction of remedial systems, operation and maintenance of established remedies, remedy optimization, long-term monitoring, regulatory permit work, well abandonment, community involvement and quality program plans, site assessments and closeout activities, and related remedial action and response-complete work. The opportunity is a total small-business set-aside, with an estimated value range of $25 million to $100 million.
