Fayetteville Public Works Commission is soliciting steel poles for Duke Energy's Tap Line for POD V under IFB PWC2627016. Addendum 3 clarifies that, when required with the bid, engineered pole calculations and supporting design files may be submitted in paper format or electronically on a USB drive included in the sealed bid package. Native electronic files, including applicable PLS-Pole .lca and .bak files, must be submitted on a USB drive clearly labeled with the bidder's name and the PWC solicitation number. Final designs remain subject to engineer review and approval under Section 7 of the technical specifications. Addenda acknowledgement is required within the IFB Bid Pricing Form.
