Description
The City of Charlotte seeks qualified firms to provide on-call financial and accounting services for the Metropolitan Public Transportation Authority. Work may include financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, transparent reporting, functional support for the Authority’s Workday financial system, financial-system improvement recommendations, and fraud, waste, and control testing. Task orders may also call for risk and control assessments, gap analyses, recommended controls, and related documentation. The Authority retains responsibility for enterprise cybersecurity; contractors must protect data and credentials, follow applicable security requirements, and coordinate security-impacting work with Authority Technology. On-site work may be required depending on the assigned task.
