The Southwestern Commission Council of Governments is requesting statements of qualifications from engineering and architecture firms to provide on-call preliminary engineering reports, architectural reports, and similar services supporting federal and state disaster funding applications. Potential projects may involve public and private infrastructure and facilities, including water and sewer systems, roads, bridges, industrial and business parks, broadband infrastructure, and related projects.
