Description
The Town of Berlin is requesting proposals from expert, qualified, and independent firms to conduct a revaluation of real estate. The completed appraisals, subject to approval by the Assessor, will serve as the basis for property assessments effective with the Grand List of October 1, 2027. Responses must be submitted electronically through the Town's OpenGov Procurement portal. Solicitation forms, project plans, and specifications are available through the portal; submissions by email or fax are not accepted. Minority- and women-owned businesses are encouraged to apply.
