Description
The U.S. Air Force is soliciting bids to remove the existing chiller in the basement of Building 500 at Offutt Air Force Base and install a new, fully operational replacement unit, including associated connection piping, controls, refrigerant monitoring components, electrical work, insulation, testing, balancing, and incidental work. The contractor must provide a functioning integration with the existing Honeywell Enterprise Building Integrator (EBI) Version R430.1 Building Management System; the Government will furnish the necessary credentials and licensing. Existing control devices are generally to be removed, saved, and reused where specified, while new analog thermometers and pressure gauges are required. The procurement is a firm-fixed-price, total small business set-aside for an in-person construction and equipment-replacement project. Offerors must use the new Attachment 6 Price Proposal Template and acknowledge Amendment 0001 on the SF 1442 or SF 30 and the pricing template. Electronic bids must be submitted by email; fax and hardcopy bids are rejected.
