Description
Sarpy County is soliciting a contractor for the I-80 Interchange Northwest, Project C-77 (26-26), covering three roadway segments: 192nd Street from Highway 370 to Schram Road, 192nd Street from Schram Road to the interchange, and Capehart Road from 201st Street to the interchange. The work includes clearing and grubbing, excavation and embankment, surcharge operations, aggregate base, 10-inch doweled concrete pavement, concrete driveways and medians, storm sewer systems, box culverts, headwalls, riprap, erosion-control seeding, pavement markings, signs, temporary traffic control, utility coordination, and related construction activities. The project requires phased construction and maintenance of access and traffic throughout the work. The 192nd Street North segment is required to be completed by July 15, 2027; the 192nd Street South segment by October 1, 2027; Capehart Road West by October 15, 2027; and the overall project substantially by November 1, 2027. The contract period of performance is 365 calendar days. Bidders must provide company information, at least three similar-project references completed within the previous two years, an electronic bid bond, and identify proposed subcontractors. Performance and payment bonds, insurance, and other contract documents are required after award.
