Description
The U.S. Air Force is soliciting sealed bids for construction of a new asphalt parking lot addition south of Building B1000 at Offutt Air Force Base. The scope includes demolition, earthwork, paving, concrete curbs and gutters, storm drainage utilities, and all required labor, transportation, equipment, tools, permits, and supervision. The solicitation includes a base bid and an alternate bid. The contract is firm-fixed-price with a mandatory 200-calendar-day performance period after notice to proceed. The procurement is a total small-business set-aside. Bidders must provide a 20 percent bid guarantee, performance and payment bonds, and comply with applicable construction, wage, Buy American, and subcontracting requirements.
