Description
The City of Omaha is seeking qualified contractors to demolish 10 structures and perform the work and goods identified in the specifications. The solicitation may be awarded by individual site or on an all-or-none basis covering all sites. A 5% bid bond is required when the applicable bid amount is $50,000 or more, based on either the highest qualifying individual-site bid or the total bid under an all-or-none award. A copy of the bid bond or acceptable substitute must be uploaded with the response, and the original must be delivered to the City Clerk within seven calendar days after the closing date and time. Acceptable substitutes include certified, official, or cashier’s checks, lawful U.S. money, or negotiable U.S. government bonds; letters of credit are not acceptable.
