Description
The City of Omaha and Douglas County are soliciting bids for individual 12-month price agreements for a broad range of air filters, with four optional one-year extensions. Required products include pleated filters in numerous dimensions and thicknesses, polyester filters, link-panel filters, roll media, folded filters, bag filters, and specified water-filtration products. Filters must meet the stated MERV and ASHRAE 52.2 requirements, along with specified media, frame, pleat, support, sealing, and construction standards. The supplier must maintain adequate inventory for pickup at City of Omaha locations, have call-in orders ready for pickup by 8:00 a.m. the next day, provide delivery at no cost when required, and make special-order filters available within three to five working days. Bidders must price every line item, identify special-order filters and any variances or alternate products, and provide required compliance, insurance, and bid-security documentation.
