The U.S. Air Force is soliciting one communications service monitor/test set and supporting equipment for radio maintenance operations. The required equipment includes P25 Conventional Phase 1 auto-test and alignment capability for Motorola APX Series land mobile radios; cable and antenna analysis for distance-to-fault, voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR), and return-loss testing; one short-open-load calibrator; one 10-amp, 0.01-ohm current shunt; two RF test cables; and one hard transit carrying case. The vendor must provide products meeting or exceeding the stated specifications, along with a comprehensive equipment support plan covering factory-certified calibration, priority factory repair services, premium technical assistance, and self-paced training throughout an extended five-year warranty period. The offer must include completed pricing for the solicitation’s two firm-fixed-price line items and a technical plan of no more than five pages describing compliance with the requirements and the specifications of the proposed parts and equipment.
