Description
The City of Eagle Pass is establishing a qualified pool of one or more firms to provide on-call entertainment procurement and talent management, production and technical services, or both, for City-sponsored events. Scope may include talent research and booking, artist and agency coordination, artist contracts, rider coordination, transportation and lodging, stages, sound, lighting, LED walls, video and livestreaming, rigging, trussing, backline, generators, power distribution, technical crews, production management, and equipment transportation, installation, operation, strike, and removal. The City will assign work as needed through purchase orders, task orders, contracts, or other written authorization, with no guaranteed minimum number of events, assignments, expenditures, or contract value. Respondents must submit a qualifications-based Statement of Qualifications without pricing and demonstrate relevant experience, key personnel, technical resources, service capabilities, availability, and past performance. The response must include three representative projects or events and three client references for similar work completed within the past five years, along with the required acknowledgment and other solicitation forms.
