Description
Oregon Metro is requesting proposals from a single firm to process and market old corrugated cardboard (OCC) and commingled recyclables for the Waste Prevention and Environmental Services Department. The contractor will be responsible for handling the specified recyclable materials and marketing the resulting commodities. Metro provides no guarantee of tonnage and may direct any portion of the materials to other facilities, contractors, or programs during the contract term. The resulting contract will not provide the contractor with exclusive rights to the materials.
