Description
Klein Independent School District is establishing a vendor list of qualified Fine Arts Contractors to support student instruction and artistic development in its band and orchestra programs. The requested services include private lesson teachers, sectional coaches, marching technicians for color guard, drumline, winds, and marching, rehearsal and guest conductors, professional development clinicians, and master class teachers. The solicitation is a supplemental RFP to RFP 26-103 and may result in awards to one or multiple vendors. Proposals must include pricing and address the contractor's qualifications, licensing, references, insurance, and ability to provide the full range of applicable services. The initial contract period is February 1, 2027, through June 30, 2027, with up to four additional one-year renewal periods by mutual agreement. There is no guaranteed purchase volume.
