Description
The United States Air Force Band is acquiring one Government-owned, reusable 10-by-30-foot modular trade-show exhibit for outreach and recruiting activities. The contractor must provide project management, design, engineering, fabrication, integration, staging, acceptance testing, training, documentation, delivery, and warranty support. The exhibit must use a collapsible aluminum or equivalent lightweight metal structure, replaceable tension-fabric graphics using Government-furnished branding, a centrally positioned digital display comparable to a commercial 75-inch-class display, a reception/recruiting counter with lockable storage and integrated lighting, concealed cable management, and durable shipping crates or cases. Primary wood wall framing is prohibited, and the system must support an anticipated service life of at least seven years under repeated shipping, assembly, dismantling, and storage. The proposal should address design concepts and renderings, structural and digital-display specifications, shipping-unit dimensions and weights, setup labor, project schedule, assumptions and exclusions, warranty and replacement-part availability, nationwide support, relevant experience, and at least three comparable projects or references. The contractor must stage and demonstrate the complete exhibit for Government inspection, correct deficiencies, train Government personnel, provide packing and inventory documentation, and deliver the accepted system no later than November 30, 2026. Separately priced options may include show-site support, storage, maintenance, replacement graphics, and future reconfiguration.
