Description
Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District (CFISD) intends to establish a contract for contracted event entertainment and rental services. The contract will cover various entertainment and rental needs for district events. The contract period is from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, with four (4) additional one-year renewal terms through June 30, 2031. Proposals may be submitted on any and/or all items. Vendors must register and submit proposals through the Ion Wave eBid system. The district reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to accept any bid deemed most advantageous.
