Description
Events East Group is seeking a qualified event technology provider to deliver comprehensive audio-visual, rigging, and event technology services for the Halifax Convention Centre. The selected provider will serve as the Official Audio-Visual Supplier and Exclusive Rigging Provider, supporting safe, responsive, and high-quality event delivery. The Official Audio-Visual Supplier designation is non-exclusive, and clients may retain qualified third-party audio-visual and production providers subject to Events East policies, procedures, and operational requirements. The initial contract term is five years, with an option for one additional five-year extension.
