Description
The U.S. Air Force requires installation of two total 120-volt duplex outlets: one between Hangers 1 and 2 and one between Hangers 3 and 4, mounted on vertical beams next to the Liquid Cooling Cart reels. The work includes GFCI surface-mounted receptacles with switched control, connection to power, approximately 640 linear feet of 1-1/4-inch conduit with No. 2 THHN conductors, and approximately 60 linear feet of 3/4-inch conduit with No. 10 THHN conductors. The contractor must furnish labor, tools, materials, equipment, permits, approvals, security/access arrangements, cleanup, and as-built drawings in AutoCAD DWG format. Work must comply with applicable building, electrical, safety, and federal requirements, including Davis-Bacon wage requirements. A one-year workmanship warranty, equipment warranty documents, and operation and maintenance manuals are required at closeout. The project is firm fixed price, with a 30-calendar-day performance period after notice to proceed and a target price range of $25,000 to $100,000. Offers require a technical plan of no more than 10 pages, completed pricing, and acceptable recent and relevant construction past performance.
