The County of Monmouth seeks a contractor to provide and operate a comprehensive sexually transmitted disease clinic for the Monmouth County Health Department from January 1 through December 31, 2027. The contractor must provide a clinic facility in Monmouth County, hold a weekly clinic for at least three hours, and supply the equipment, clinical supplies, and appropriately licensed medical staff, including a physician experienced in communicable diseases and STDs, nursing or physician-assistant support, and phlebotomy or trained blood-draw staff. Services include evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, follow-up, patient counseling, partner notification and contact tracing, referrals, and outreach to clients who miss appointments. The contractor is also responsible for clinic administration, records and data management, quarterly electronic statistical reporting and meetings, and collecting and remitting specified client fees for non-member towns or repeat visits. The contract is capped at $40,000 per year. Insurance documentation is required upon award, and a business associate agreement must be supplied before the contract begins.
