Description
The New Jersey Water Supply Authority is seeking statements of qualifications and technical proposals for an authority-wide underground storage tank removal program and ancillary mechanical work. The work covers the Spruce Run Administration Building and South Branch Pumping Station in Clinton Township, Hunterdon County, and the D&R Canal Field Office in Ewing Township, Mercer County, New Jersey. Proposals will be evaluated based on the proposed approach and schedule, relevant experience and technical competence of proposed personnel, satisfactory performance on similar projects, contract management capability, cost and quality control, schedule performance, and the location of the firm and key personnel. Fee proposals are not required at this stage. Respondents must submit three hard copies and one electronic PDF copy of the statements of qualifications and technical proposal, along with the forms required by the RFP.
