Description
Monmouth Ocean Educational Services Commission is soliciting proposals for Category One Internet access and data transmission services, including WAN connectivity. The FCC Form 470 identifies four service connections with requested capacity ranging from 1 Gbps to 5 Gbps. The attached WAN specification identifies a hub site and satellite district-building connections in Tinton Falls, New Jersey, with a 36-month term and a service start date of July 1, 2027. Proposals must include completed Attachment A and/or Attachment B as applicable, with the vendor name and SPIN entered in the designated fields. Vendors must indicate whether they own or lease the transport facilities, provide pricing for monthly recurring, non-recurring, taxes, and fees, and sign and date the specification document. Proposals must be tailored to the applicant's requirements and submitted by email with the applicant name and Form 470 number in the subject line.
