Description
The University of Missouri System is seeking proposals from qualified professional photography firms to provide exclusive commencement photography services at its Columbia, Kansas City, Rolla, and St. Louis campuses, with a possible additional White Coat ceremony location in Springfield, Missouri. The contractor will photograph graduates—typically including a portrait or head shot, diploma or chancellor shot, and an individual photo in front of flags—while maintaining the dignity and schedule of each ceremony. The contractor must also audio-record graduates' names as they are read, provide reader cards, and furnish all labor and materials. The contractor may need to provide special guest photographs within two weeks and offer individual photographs and packages at varying prices. The response must address equipment, ordering and delivery processes, refunds, employee hiring and training, package pricing, FERPA compliance, and the firm's photography capabilities and similar operations. Respondents must provide prior-work samples consisting of titled 5-by-7-inch and 8-by-10-inch graduate prints. Pricing is requested as a flat fee per graduate photographed and/or a percentage of gross sales, with renewal-period increases stated separately. The contract term is three years from award, with three additional one-year renewal options.
