Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking qualified sources for a five-year pneumatic tube system preventive maintenance and repair service agreement at Harry S. Truman VA Medical Center. The scope covers full-service support for blowers, transfer units, and tube stations; quarterly preventive maintenance; remote system monitoring; annual updated drawings; all required labor, travel, and repair parts; and an emergency service agreement providing 16 hours for emergent service calls. Service reports are due electronically within seven calendar days after work, with critical or catastrophic deficiencies reported immediately. Services must be performed by manufacturer-certified technicians trained on Swisslog Healthcare pneumatic tube systems. Respondents must demonstrate at least five continuous years of relevant maintenance experience and provide applicable certifications and training evidence. The notice is for market research only, not a request for proposals or quotes, and responses must include the completed Contractor Information Form and a capabilities statement.
