Description
MacEwan University is seeking suppliers for a non-exclusive, as-needed roster covering professional audiovisual and production equipment, accessories, consumables, and related music and performance equipment. Categories include cameras and imaging equipment, lenses, video production and display systems, audio and sound systems, lighting, camera support and stabilization, media storage, power and charging systems, studio accessories, and musical instruments and equipment. The roster also covers installation, integration, configuration, control-system programming, commissioning, calibration, training, warranty coordination, maintenance, repair, technical troubleshooting, lifecycle support, and related professional services. Respondents may qualify for one or more categories and must demonstrate authorized-dealer or distributor status, Canadian warranty support, professional-grade equipment capability, compliance with Canadian standards, product and technical support, delivery and fulfillment capability, relevant experience and references, sustainability and compliance practices, and value-added offerings. The five-year framework does not guarantee purchases, work volume, or exclusivity; future requirements will be issued through call-ups or second-stage competitions.
