Description
The City of Detroit, through its Office of Contracting and Procurement on behalf of the General Services Department, is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to provide installation of prefabricated picnic shelters, concrete walkways and slabs, tables, grills, and other related amenities at Kemeny Park. The contract is expected to cover a two-year period. The project includes site preparation, concrete work, and installation of park amenities as detailed in the provided drawings and specifications.
